72. February 26, 2021 - Yes, I redesign characters on the fly. Yes, I'll go back at some point and adjust earlier appearances. I just tend to dislike preproduction character design as it does not fit with my preferred process of procrastination and drawing only what I feel like when I feel like it. I never colored the backgrounds in my coloring books either.
